- Revenue growth
- Search engine indexing
Search engine algorithms and online competition are, after all, beyond our control. As a result, outcomes may vary between businesses and industries.
Client Responsibilities
In particular, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information necessary for project completion.
- Supply required access credentials in a timely manner.
- Review and approve content, designs, and deliverables promptly.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Consequently, delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Invoices are due upon receipt.
- We quote and invoice fees in US dollars.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly plans renew month to month until you cancel in writing; there is no long-term contract.
Finally, failure to make payment may result in termination of services. Current plan prices appear on our pricing page.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, branding, and materials displayed on this website are the property of SEO Albany or its licensors.
On the other hand, clients retain ownership of materials they provide.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom website content and deliverables may also transfer to the client unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
